Collects Goods, a trendy shopper’s shop in Shenzhen’s Yuanling residential district, is hard to miss with its bright neon lights and industrial decor in stark contrast to the row of old residential buildings. Manager Max wants customers to come to Collect Goods and find them as if they were treasure hunters. Here you can buy many popular Superme, Palace, NOAH and so on. There are also some new American Fucking Awesome, Brain Dead and so on.
The design and display are done by the owner of the store, who can see a lot of skateboards and magazines for the new caf é customers, giving them more opportunities to learn about the magazine culture outside.
Max’s favorite product to recommend is the Superme brick, because it’s the most nonsensical and street-level thing about Superme.
Collects Goods will launch a collection of its own clothes and hats by the end of the year, and Max hopes it will not only be a shopper’s shop, but will also be able to design what it feels good about itself and have a clothing brand of its own. If you want to buy elsewhere, you can tweet @ CollectsGoods and have a purchase posted.
In December, CollectsGoods will add Barber shop and caf é, which will be upgraded to an integrated store.
